Responsible Gambling
Slots are entertainment, not income. If your play is no longer fun, or you find yourself chasing losses, the services below are free, confidential and available now. You don't need to be in crisis to ask for help.

Self-exclusion
Every licensed casino must offer self-exclusion in its account settings. Self-exclusion locks your account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 6 months, 5 years, or permanent). The operator must enforce this — they cannot reactivate the account before the period ends, even if you ask.
For an all-sites lock in the UK, use GAMSTOP — a single registration excludes you from every UK-licensed gambling site.
Deposit limits
Every licensed casino lets you set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. Increases take effect after a cooling-off period (typically 24 hours); decreases are instant. Set a limit you'd still be comfortable losing entirely before you play, not in the moment.
Loss limits and session-time limits are similar tools — both worth using.
Warning signs
If you recognise any of these in yourself or someone close to you, talk to one of the services above. None of them require a referral.
- Spending more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
- Playing to recover money you've already lost ("chasing").
- Hiding how much you play or how much you've spent from family or friends.
- Borrowing to fund gambling, or selling things to keep playing.
- Playing for longer than you planned, regularly.
- Feeling anxious, low or irritable when you can't play.
- Lying about gambling losses or wins.
